We started the process with a professional Integrated Plan Sondra painstakingly created for us after listening to our needs and preferences. We were so impressed with her creative approach, we elected to use Sondra as the project manager as we implemented her plan. Her association with a talented, hard-working team of artisans and builders turned our ugly sinking concrete patio into a beautiful, custom TimberTech deck, outdoor kitchen, fountain, and fire pit seating area with lighting to enhance the spaces. Sondra listened carefully to any requests and changes we desired and made them a reality. Sondra did a total redesign of our backyard. Her ability to listen to our wants and incorporate them into a feasible design was incredible. She was great to work with and helped coordinate the installation (even to the degree that she contacted our hot tub supplier!). Working with Sondra, and proceeding with her amazing design, was one of the best home making decisions we've made in our house. She was really able to create a retreat in the backyard.

Sondra was instrumental in designing the layout, location, and aesthetic for my front yard pool, gazebo, fireplace and patio. She took the time to understand my vision, offering numerous creative ideas and ultimately providing a professional design for my contractors to follow.
