We started the process with a professional Integrated Plan Sondra painstakingly created for us after listening to our needs and preferences. We were so impressed with her creative approach, we elected to use Sondra as the project manager as we implemented her plan. Her association with a talented, hard-working team of artisans and builders turned our ugly sinking concrete patio into a beautiful, custom TimberTech deck, outdoor kitchen, fountain, and fire pit seating area with lighting to enhance the spaces. Sondra listened carefully to any requests and changes we desired and made them a reality. We have landscaping to complete this spring and will be excited to see Sondra's vision for this phase!
